The Makita DP2010 High-Speed Drill, 6.5mm, is powered by a 370W motor that provides 4,200 rpm, ideal for fast drilling of small holes. Compact body with High Drilling Efficiency. Variable speed allows the user to control the speed, reversing, to quickly remove screws and other fasteners.

Double insulation: Double or reinforced insulation is another method of protection against electric shock, consisting of an extra layer of supplementary insulation over the basic insulation, or the live parts. Double insulation devices protect the user through two independent isolation systems. These systems protect electric motor components from the outer motor housing and tool holding areas.

Variable speed: Variable speed control allows the user to match the speed to the application they are working on.

Reversing: After drilling, setting the bit direction to reverse spins it counterclockwise to help it come out of the hole cleanly and easily. You’ll also use reverse mode to quickly remove screws and other fasteners.
